Serving tray "Royal Gimlet" STAGE12 Bar

As early as the end of the 18th century, it was customary to carry citrus juices for the crew on the high seas to prevent scurvy among sailors. When the British Royal Navi was able to preserve lime juice at sea with sugar, the drink Royal Gimlet was created.

To visually convey the history of the cocktail in the bar STAGE12, we developed a serving board that represents the flourishing shipping industry and the importance of citrus fruits.
